ABOUT US
Skål Nordic Tapas was born out of a passion to bring the essence of Nordic cuisine to life in a modern and casual atmosphere. Inspired by Scandinavia's rich culinary traditions, we reinterpret Nordic flavors in the form of creative tapas, paired with a hand-picked selection of wines to complete the experience.
We are also proud of our history in Norwegian cuisine. Since 2001, we ran Restaurant Munch’s Hus in Berlin-Schöneberg, the only Norwegian restaurant in Germany. In October 2023, we continued this tradition with Fjord by Munch’s Hus in Schöneberg, delighting Berliners and international guests with authentic Norwegian cuisine.
